业务拓展分析师

工作地点：贵州

Responsibilities:

• Identify investments targets for both RMX and Aggregates in China market.
• Conduct market studies according to Lafarge TOP and ROCK framework.
• Coordinate & participate in networking and negotiation with local government, potential JV partners and potential targets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial, legal, technical evaluation of investment projects in conjunction with other functional department or external consultants.
• Prepare investments files in accordance to Lafarge investment procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinates and participates in the due diligence process.
• Participate in the initial integration process and post acquisition audits if required.
• To achieve the investments targets with the required profitability in the desired markets

Necessary Qualification:

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or Finance/Business Disciplines and minimum 2 years working experience in the Building Materials industry with good track records and references.
• Financial modeling
• Good networking and PR skills to achieve business goals.
• Good report writing and computing skills is essential
• Good leadership and a good team player
• Can work under pressure to meet investment schedules
• Mental agility
• Self Confidence and out going personality
• Tenacity & Perseverance.
