PEPSICO GRADUATE MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

PepsiCo is delighted to offer graduates a challenging and exciting 22 month Graduate Management Development Program with three interdepartmental placements in China, Ireland and America as part of the training program. We are looking for outstanding graduate with degree in Engineering, Chemistry and manufacturing related disciplines.

The PepsiCo Graduate Management Development Program is committed to giving our target graduate a variety of experience within the organisation, structured on-the-job training and a comprehensive range of technical and personal development courses.

The graduate will be assigned a mentor from the management team to provide coaching, guidance and support during the program and all graduates will spend a period of time working in the areas of engineering quality and manufacturing.
