Title: Sales Trainees – Sales Engineer

Work Location: Beijing/ Shanghai/ Zhengzhou/ Hangzhou/ Xi’an/ Tianjin/ Chongqing/ Chengdu/ Qingdao

Job Summary/ Scope:
Responsible for the effective management of all sales related activities for major accounts. This includes the management of efforts between other sales engineers, distributors, system integrators, area and product managers, clerical and support personnel to effectively promote the strategic direction of Rockwell Automation products line by addressing the strategic needs of the accounts.

Essential Functions:
1.Make customer analysis and develop sales plan in the area.
2.Establish and maintain good working relationships with target customers in the area.
3.Identify the prospective customers list and project list with sales managers and follow through with appropriate sales activities to get the orders.
4.Work closely with internal colleagues to work out sales proposals using the appropriate Rockwell Automation equipment for customers based on customers’ requirements.

Education/Major Requirements:
1.Master degree
√ Industrial Automation （工业自动化）
√ Electrical Drives/Electric Machine （电气传动、电机）
√ Electric-Machinery /Electrical Technology （机电一体化、电气技术）
√ Other Electrical Engineering related (其它电气工程相关专业)
2.Good English Skills: CET 4 or above
