Multi-directional career development
Throughout your career, training will support you. You’ll plot
and follow a career development plan with your manager, then check
your progress every few years through a Career Orientation Review.
Even after you have completed two or three years of initial training
you will be encouraged to select more courses to enrich your knowledge
and expertise. In addition to conventional class-based courses you’ll
benefit from on-line and distance learning in both technical disciplines
and management skills.
Day-to-day, through In Touch Support.com, you’ll be learning more
every single minute. A 24-hour global initiative for capturing,

engineer working on an exploration well in Nigeria can ask for support
