As one of the first life insurance joint venture company headquartered in Beijing , Skandia-BSAM Life Insurance Co., Ltd. was established in January 2004 by Skandia Insurance Co., Ltd.(publ) and Beijing State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (BSAM), each with a 50% share.
